Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Krunker Resource Hub ("KRH", "the Site", "we", "us"), including the resource browser, builder tools, and the community platform under /community (accounts, profiles, posts, messaging, and related features). By creating an account, checking the agreement box on the sign-up page, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the community features.

1. Who We Are

Krunker Resource Hub is a community-driven, fan-made resource site for the browser game Krunker.io, made by the Aura Gangs Team. KRH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Krunker.io or its developers. All Krunker.io trademarks, game assets, and branding referenced on this Site belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Site. We may ask for a date of birth at sign-up to help enforce this requirement, and may suspend or remove accounts that do not meet it.

3. Your Account

When you sign up you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep your email and password secure;
• Be responsible for all activity that happens under your account;
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else;
• Not create multiple accounts to evade a ban or moderation action.

Some personal fields collected at sign-up (such as date of birth and gender) are stored separately from your public profile and are only accessible to you and Site staff for moderation and age-verification purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, and we don't distribute it outside what's needed to run the Site.

4. Content You Post

The Site lets you publish resources (crosshairs, CSS themes, settings files, maps, mods, scripts), comments, messages, and profile information ("User Content"). You keep ownership of what you create. By posting User Content, you grant KRH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce it on the Site so that other users can view, download, and interact with it.

You confirm that you own or have the right to share anything you post, and that it does not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. Posting content you did not create and do not have permission to share may result in removal and a ban.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Upload malware, viruses, or scripts intended to harm other users, their devices, or their Krunker.io accounts;
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or dox another user or staff member;
• Post hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content, or content aimed at minors in a harmful way;
• Spam, scrape, or abuse the Site's messaging, rate limits, or reporting systems;
• Attempt to bypass a ban, gain unauthorized access to accounts, or interfere with the Site's security or infrastructure.

6. Moderation, Bans & Appeals

Site staff (admin and developer roles) may review, remove, or lock content, and may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, at their discretion. Moderation actions are logged for accountability. If your account is banned, you may submit a ban appeal through the Site's appeals flow; submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's own source code, design, and branding are © 2026 Krunker Resource Hub, All Rights Reserved, as described in the LICENSE and COPYRIGHT.txt files in the project repository. Viewing and using the publicly hosted Site as an end user is permitted; copying, redistributing, or reusing the underlying code or design without permission is not. This does not affect your ownership of your own User Content under Section 4.

8. Third-Party Services

The community platform relies on Supabase for accounts, database, and file storage, governed by its own terms and privacy policy. The Site also links out to Krunker.io and related pages; we are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and any tools, files, or resources on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any downloadable resource (CSS, settings, scripts, maps, etc.) will work as intended, be free of errors, or be compatible with every setup. Use community-submitted resources at your own risk.

10. Krunker.io Account Bans From Using Posted Resources

KRH is only a platform: almost everything posted here (crosshairs, CSS themes, settings files, maps, mods, scripts) is uploaded by other members of the community, not by us. A small portion is added directly by our own team, but the same standard applies — everything hosted here is intended to be legitimate and legal to use. Even so, if using a resource posted on this Site results in your Krunker.io account being warned, restricted, or banned by Krunker.io itself, that is outside KRH's responsibility — we don't control Krunker.io's own rules or moderation, and we can't guarantee how it will treat any given file or script.

We strongly encourage you to review a resource and think it through before using it, rather than downloading and applying it blindly. Ultimately, what you choose to use on your Krunker.io account is up to your own judgment and discretion — KRH simply provides the facility for users and creators to upload and share their own work, across all categories.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krunker Resource Hub and the Aura Gangs Team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of a Krunker.io account or progress, or damage caused by a downloaded resource or userscript.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Site or request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Content You Post, Intellectual Property, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
